对部分公众心肺复苏技能培训的调查

目的了解部分社会公众在心肺复苏（CPR）技能培训前后相关知识的普及情况。方法采用整群抽样法，对20个单位的407人进行3h CPR技能的培训，用问卷调查培训前后有关知识的水平。被调查者男286人、女121人，年龄（31．0±5．0）（20～52）岁，高中学历占4％，大专占40％，本科以上占56％，职业构成：公安干警占13％，小学教师占43％，非医学科研人员占45％。结果培训前被调查人群中15．6％缺乏CPR知识；40．7％主要从电视、报刊获取信息，仅7．2％直接从科普书籍或专业人士处获取信息。许多人甚至自身没有学习的必要。被调查人员在培训前后对急救知识的六个关键问题知晓率均显著提高至80％以上（均P〈0．01）。结论社会公众对CPR的知晓率不高，培训后显著提高。

Effects of training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills among part of the public: a survey of 407 respondents in Chengdu, Sichuan province

Objective To investigate the effects of training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） skills among part of the public. Methods 407 from 20 institutions selected by cluster sampling, 286 males and 121 females, aged （31.0±5.0） （20-52）, 56%with the educational level of regular college or above, 40% with the levwel of college, 13% working in public security units, 42% in primary schools, and 45% in non-medical research institutes, underwent training of CPR for 3 hours. Questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the training to investigate the related knowledge rates. Results Before the training 15.6% of the respondents knew nothing about CPR; 40.7% of the respondents got their knowledge from TV and periodicals, only 7.2% of them received the related information from popular science books or medical professionals. After the training the correct answer rates to the 6 questions in the questionnaire were all significantly increased （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion The CPR knowledge rate among the masses is low. Training on CPR skills in the form of exercise is effective to raise the CPR skills among the public.
