| 摘 要： | 成年日本大耳白雄兔４２只，随机分为输精管结扎２５月组（ＶＧ２５）１４只和假手术２５月组（ＳＯＧ２５）１１只；输精管结扎６月组（ＶＧ６）９只和假手术６月组（ＳＯＧ６）８只。均于体重２．５～３．０ｋｇ（５月龄）时行输精管结扎或假手术。在相同条件下检测前列腺酸性磷酸酶（ＰＡＰ）的活力。结果表明：①血清ＰＡＰ活力，有随增龄增高的趋势，输精管结扎对该酶活性无影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）。②精浆ＰＡＰ活力：ＶＧ６明显低于ＳＯＧ６（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＶＧ２５也明显低于ＳＯＧ２５（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示输精管结扎无提高前列腺癌标志酶—ＰＡＰ活性的作用；精浆中的ＰＡＰ除主要来自前列腺之外，另有一部分可能来自睾丸。

Activity changes of prostatic acid phosphatase in serum and seminal plasma of rabbits vasectomized |

| Abstract: | Japanese white male rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: vasectomized 6-month and 25-month groups (VG6,VG25),Sham operated 6-month and 25-month groups (SOG6, SOG25).On te same condition,activities of prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP) were determined.The results showed:(1)There were a tendency towards increase of PAP activities in serum and vasectomy didn′t affect the activties. ( P >0 05).(2) Activities of PAP in seminal plasma were obviously lower in VG6 and VG25 than those in SDG6 and SOG25 respectively ( P <0.01).The results indicated that vasectomy could not increase activity of PAP,an index of proxtatic cancer;PAP might also be secreted by testis besides prostate. |
