老年人轻度认知功能障碍的研究现状和进展

痴呆的患病率随年龄增长而逐年增加,目前对痴呆的治疗研究突破很小,故痴呆的预防成为研究的焦点。轻度认知障碍是介于正常衰老与痴呆之间的认知功能缺损状态,以获得性认知功能障碍为主,一部分将转化为痴呆。故轻度认知障碍是痴呆的高危人群,研究认知功能损害对痴呆的预防和治疗具有重大意义。近年来轻度认知功能障碍的流行病学、筛查、诊断、治疗出现新特点。

Progress in Study of Mild Cognitive Impairment in Elderly People

The prevalence of Alzheimer s disease(AD)is rising in the aging society,which is becoming a serious health problem.Because of the less breakthrough in its treatment,its preventive study is becoming the focus of study.Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)has been described as a transitional state between normal aging and dementia,which at a higher risk to develop into AD,so individuals at the stage of MCI may be the most proper to receive the preventive therapy.MCI plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of AD.There are many new features and varieties in its epidemiology,diagnosis,screening and treatment of mild cognitive impairment.This article reviews the progress in mild cognitive impairment in recent years.
