狼疮肾炎合并高血压的治疗

目的观察并比较ACEI联合利尿剂与ACEI联合CCB治疗狼疮肾炎合并高血压的疗效。方法 78例狼疮肾炎合并高血压病患者,随机分为两组,各39例。一组给予ACEI联合利尿剂治疗,一组给予ACEI联合CCB治疗。记录治疗前后血压、尿素氮、血肌酐的变化并进行统计学分析。结果治疗前两组患者临床各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗12周后,两组血压均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组之间降压疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组尿素氮、血肌酐较治疗前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组尿素氮、血肌酐的变化比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ACEI联合利尿剂与ACEI联合CCB治疗狼疮肾炎合并高血压均有较好疗效。

Treatment of lupus nephritis complicated with hypertension

Objective To observe and compare the efficacy of ACEI plus diuretics or ACEI plus CCB in the patients with lupus nephritis complicated with hypertension. Methods 78 cases of the patients with lupus nephritis complicated with hypertension were divided into 2 groups,39 cases in each group: the 1st group treated with ACEI plus diuretics,the 2nd group treated with ACEI plus CCB.The change of BUN and SCr pre-and post treatment were recorded,and statistically analyzed. Results There was no statistical significance between 2 groups in the clinical relative factors before the treatment(P>0.05).8 weeks after treatment,the blood pressure of both groups decreased significantly,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between 2 groups in antihypertensive efficacy(P>0.05).BUN and Scr between two groups were distinctly decreased,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between 2 groups in the change of BUN and Scr(P>0.05). Conclusions Both ACEI plus diuretics and ACEI plus CCB have a good effect on lupus nephritis complicated with hypertension.
