| 摘 要： | 目的：研究氨基糖类抗生素引起哺乳类动物Corti器损伤及损伤后的修复情况。方法：用新霉素皮下注射致新生SD大鼠Corti器损伤，然后用扫描电镜观察停药后不同时期的Corti器毛细胞的损伤及修复表现。结果：在外毛细胞损伤区有细胞表面长有微绒毛簇的毛细胞样细胞出现，且其在损伤Croti器中有发生-发展-退化的变化过程。结论：毛细胞样细胞的出现是受损伤Corti器的一种修复形式。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the hair cells damaged in the organ of corti and repairing after aminoglycoside treatment.Methods 24 rat pups were injected daily with 150 mg/kg neomycin for 14 days.The cochlea were observed by scanning electron microscopy at 1 st, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days after injection.Results The hair-cell-like cells with tufts of microvilli were found on their surface in the damaged organ of Corti at 7 days after stopping of injection. The hair-cell-like cells at 14 days were more than that at 7 days and the microvilli of the cells was longer than that at 7 days. The hair-cell-like cells at the top turn were dismissing at 28 days. Conclusion The appearance of hair-cell-like cells is a form of recovery of the damaged organ of Corti following aminoglycosisdes adminstration. |
