| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定党归益母口服液中阿魏酸的含量的方法;方法：色谱柱：采用ODS C18色谱柱（4.6mm×150mm）,流动相：甲醇-乙睛-0.1%磷酸（15∶15∶70）,检测波长：320nm,流速：1.0ml/min;结果：阿魏酸在0.406-1.624μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.46%;结论：该方法可靠、简便,可用于党归益母口服液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish a method for determination of the Ferulic acid in Dangguiyimu Orai Liqud ; Methods ： Waters Symmetry C18 column （4.6mm × 150ram）was used. the methnaol-second nitriles - 0.1% phosphoric acid（ 15 ： 15：70）as mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 320nm; the flow rat was 1.0ml/min; Results： The linear was range 0.406 - 1.624ttg for meodin and the average, recovery was 100.5%, with RSD is 1.46%. Conclusions：The method is simple reliable and can be used applied to the quality control of Dangguiyimu Orai Liqud. |
