艾司洛尔在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者内窥镜手术中的应用

目的 :比较艾司洛尔联合硝普钠与单纯硝普钠在鼻内窥镜手术中的降压效果及心率、出血量的影响。方法 :选择4 0例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者随机分为 2组 ,观察并记录 2组患者在内窥镜手术过程中血压、心率变化、术中出血量。结果 :艾司洛尔可消除气管插管时的血压升高 ,抑制单纯硝普纳降压时反射性心率增快 ,降压过程血压平稳 ,能减少硝普钠的用量 ,停药后血压无反跳 ,术中出血量少。结论 :艾司洛尔联合硝普钠降压有协同作用 ,与单纯应用硝普钠相比较血压稳定 ,血压 ,心率无反跳 ,出血量少

The appliance of Eslomol in endoscopy sugery operation of sinusitis and polypus

Decompression effect , heart rate and bleeding were compared in endoscopy surgery operation treated with Eslomol-Sodium Nitroferricyanide association or single Sodium Nitroferricyanide.40 sinusitis and polypus patients were separated into 2 groups in random , observed and wrote down the decompression effect , heart rate and bleeding during operation.The results showed that Eslomol-Sodium Nitroferricyanide association had better effects on blood pressure , heart rate and bleeding than single Sodium Nitroferricyanide.
