摘    要:为探讨染锰大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)浓度、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活力及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的变化。采用饮水染毒建立动物模型;血清NO浓度测定采用硝酸还原酶法、血清NOS活性测定采用NOS催化L-Arg法,血清SOD活力测定业硝酸盐显色法;采用SAS6.12统计软件作测定结果均数的t检验。结果显示染锰组NOS活力显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),而NO浓度和SOD活力染锰组和对照组无显著性差异

Abstract:To study the changes of serum nitric oxide(NO) concentration,bioactivities of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in manganese exposed rats,animal models were made by drinking manganese chloride solution(1 0 g/L).Serum NO was determined by nitric oxide reductase method.NOS was determined by NOS catalyzed L Arg method,and SOD by nitrate colorimetric method.Data obtained were analyzed by SAS 6 12 statistic software for t test.Results showed that the bioactivity of NOS in the manganese group was significantly lower than that of the control(P<0 05),however,no significant difference of NO and SOD existed in the serum of two groups(P>0 05).It indicatcd that the bioactivity of serum NOS could be lowered by manganese exposure.But the changes of serum NO and SOD needs further confirmation.
