舍曲林治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发焦虑症状的临床研究

目的观察舍曲林对阿尔茨海默病伴发焦虑症状的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,两组均予多奈哌齐基础治疗,治疗组予舍曲林（25~50 mg/d）治疗,观察4周,采用汉密尔顿量表（HAMA）评定疗效,简易智力状态检查（MMSE）评定认知功能,副反应量表（TESS）评价安全性。结果两组基线HAMA评分无差异,第1周末治疗组HAMA评分低于对照组（治疗组为17.4±3.1,对照组为19.4±2.2,t=4.58,P〈0.01）,直至第4周末两组HAMA评分仍有差异（治疗组为11.1±2.6,对照组为16.3±3.7,t=8.03,P〈0.01）。治疗组有5例（16%）出现药物不良反应,对照组为4例（13%）,不良反应轻。结论舍曲林能有效治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发的焦虑症状。

Study of sertraline in the treatment of anxiety comorbid with Alzheimer's disease

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of sertraline in the treatment of anxiety comorbid with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）.Methods： Sixty patients with anxiety comorbid with AD were randomly divided into sertraline group（sertraline 25-50 mg/d） or control group for 4 weeks.Donepezil was used in both groups.Efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated with Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）,mini mental state examination（MMSE） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）.Results：There was no difference in score of HAMA between 2 groups.But at the end of week 1,the score of HAMA was lower in sertraline group than that in control group（17.4±3.1,19.4±2.2,respectively,t=4.58,P0.01）,until week 4,the difference still remained（11.1±2.6,16.3±3.7,respectively,t=8.03,P0.01）.There were 5 patients（16%） in sertraline group and 4（13%） in control group who suffered mild advered reaction Conclusion：Sertraline is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of anxiety comorbid with Alzheimer＇s disease.
