培哚普利与氨氯地平降血压及对左心室肥厚逆转作用的对比研究

目的　对比研究培哚普利和氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压 ( EH)的降血压疗效及其对左心室肥厚的逆转作用。方法　选择 116例 、 期 EH伴左心室肥厚患者 ,随机分为培哚普利组 ( P组 )和氨氯地平组 ( A组 ) ,每组各 5 8例。P组用培哚普利 4～ 8mg,A组用氨氯地平 5～ 10 m g,均为每天一次晨服 ,疗程 2 4周。治疗前停服其他降血压药两周。治疗前分别检测血压及超声心动图 ,治疗后至少每周测血压一次。并于 2 4周后进行超声心动图检查。结果　两组治疗后均能显著降低血压 ( P<0 .0 1) ,A组达目标血压所需时间较 P组短 ,两组治疗 2 4周后左心室重量指数 ( L VWI)均较治疗前改善。结论　培哚普利和氨氯地平明显降低血压的同时均能减轻左心室肥厚

Comparative effects of Peridopril and Amlodipine in lowering blood pressure and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy

Objectire To study the different effects of peridopril and amlodipine in lowering blood pressure of essential hypertension patients and their reverse effects to left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods 116 case of II?III phase essential hypertension patients with LVH were randomly divided into peridopril group(P group)and amlodipine group(A group).Each one has 58 patients,using peridopril 4~8mg in P group and amlodipine 5~10mg in A group respectively,the drugs were taken only once in the morning and for 24 weeks.To remove other antihypertensive drugs for 2 weeks and to measure the blood pressure at least once a week and 24 weeks later to take the ultrasonic cardiogram. Results Both groups can significantly reduce blood pressure after treatment(P<0.01).The time for A group to approach to target blood pressure is much shorter than that for P group.After 24 weeks of treatment the left ventricular weight index(LVWI)is improved. Conclusion peridopril and amlodipine can both significantly reduce the blood pressure and reverse the LVH.
