颈椎病患者站立平衡功能的观察

采用日本阿尼玛重心动摇仪对73例颈椎病患者作人体平衡功能检测、六项基本检测参数中，2项以上异常58例，80％，一项异常11例，15％，4例六项检测参数基本正常，5％，重心图显示中间型2例，弥漫型1例，多中心型1例。率的差别显著性检验：μ＞2．58，P＜0．01，有显著意义。人体平衡功能，检测指标有定量分析意义，可作为颈椎病的辅助诊断，并对疾病的进展及疗效有监测作用。
