772例支原体患者衣原体检测及支原体感染药敏结果分析

目的 调查性病门诊UU和Mh患者CT感染率,监测UU和Mh的药敏试验结果,为临床治疗提供依据.方法 CT采用乳胶快速法检测.UU和Mh采用培养、鉴定和药敏一体化的检测卡进行分离培养.结果 772例UU、Mh阳性患者中,CT阳性65例,占8.4％;单纯UU阳性479例（62.1％）,单纯Mh阳性34例（4.4％）,CT＋UU（或Mh）混合阳性48例（6.2％）,CT＋UU＋Mh混合阳性17例（2.2％）.单纯UU阳性率最高,CT＋UU＋Mh混合阳性率最低.UU （Mh）对四环类药物敏感性最好,其次为大环内酯类药物,而对氟喹诺酮类药物耐药性较高.结论 多种病原体感染男性多于女性,应对男性就诊者进行多种病原体检测.UU（Mh）对多种抗生素存在不同程度的耐药性,临床医生应根据药敏监测结果合理选择抗生素进行治疗.

Trachomatis detection and drug sensitivity in 772 patients with mycoplasma chlamydia

Objective To analyze the region＇s infection status ofUU,Mh and CT,and observe the drug＇s monitoring results of UU and Mh,and then to provide basis for NGU＇s clinical treatment.Methods Emulsion rapid method was used to detect CT,and integration testing card was used to separate and culture UU and Mh.Results Among 772 cases of UU and Mh positive patients,there were 65 cases of CT positive （accounting for 8.4％）,479 cases （62.1％） of UU positive,34 cases （4.4％） of Mh positive,48 cases （6.2％） of CT and UU （Mh） positive,and 17 cases （2.2％） of mixed CT and UU and Mh positive.The rate for UU positive was the highest,while the rate for CT and UU and Mh positive was the lowest.UU （Mh） is the most sensitive to the Tetracyclic drugs,followed by macrolides,while it was more resistant against fluoroquinolone.Conclusion UU （Mh） has different degree of resistance against many kinds of antibiotics,so clinical doctors should choose the antibiotics reasonably according to the results of drug sensitive test.
