庆大霉素联合沐舒坦氧驱动雾化吸入预防颅脑手术后肺部感染的效果观察

目的 探讨庆大霉素联合沐舒坦氧驱动雾化吸入在颅脑手术后预防肺部感染的治疗效果.方法 将60例患者按住院号单双分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组在颅脑手术后常规支持治疗.治疗组在上述治疗基础上给予氧气驱动雾化吸入庆大霉素联合沐舒坦治疗.结果 全部患者均按计划治疗,7d后观察疗效,治疗组30例患者7d内发生肺部感染5例,死亡2例,而对照组30例患者7d内发生肺部感染24例,死亡8例,治疗组治疗效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 庆大霉素联合沐舒坦氧驱动雾化吸入对颅脑手术后的患者进行预防和治疗,能预防肺部感染的发生,减少死亡率,可在临床上推广应用.

Effect of gentamycin combined with oxygen-driven inhalation of mucosolvan in the prevention of pulmonary infection after craniocerebral operation

Objective To investigate the effect of gentamicin combined with oxygen-driven inhalation of mucosolvan in the prevention of pulmonary infection after craniocerebral operation.Methods Sixty patients were divided into the treatment group and control group according to odd and even numbers,each with 30 patients.The control group used routine supportive care,while the treatment group applied gentamicin combined with oxygen-driven inhalation of mucosolvan on the basis of the control group.Results All patients were treated according to schedule.The effects were observed after 7 days of treatment group.In the treatment group,five patients had pulmonary infection within seven days and 2 died,compared with 24 and 8 patients.The effects in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Gentamicin combined with oxygen-driven inhalation of mucosolvan can prevent the occurrence of pulmonary infection after craniocerebral operation and reduce mortality in clinical application.
