喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相抑郁发作的临床观察

目的 评价喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相抑郁发作的疗效和安全性.方法 双相抑郁发作患者共68例,随机分为研究组35例（喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片）和对照组33例（帕罗西汀联合丙戊酸镁缓释片）,疗程8周,采用汉密顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale,HAMD-17）及治疗副反应量表（Treatment emergent symptom scale,TESS）评定疗效和不良反应.结果 研究组和对照组有效率分别为82.86％和78.79％,痊愈率分别为51.43％和48.48％,两组疗效差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;研究组患者的抑郁症状于第2周末有明显改善;两组不良反应的特点有所不同,研究组更多具有困倦嗜睡、体重增加,对照组多表现为失眠、口干、性功能障碍,两组差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05或0.01）.结论 喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片可有效治疗双相抑郁发作,其起效较快,不良反应少.

Clinical observation of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment of bipolar depressive episode affective disorder

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety ofquetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment of bipolar depressive episode affective disorder. Methods Sixty-eight pa- tients of bipolar depressive episode affective disorder were randomly divided into the study group （treated by quetiap- ine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets） and the control group （treated by paroxetine com- bined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets）. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Therapeutic efficacy was measured by hamilton depression scale （HAMD-17）, and adverse reactions were rated by treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results The effective rate of the study group and control group was 82.86% and 78.79%, re- spectively. The cure rate of the study group and control group was 51.43% and 48.48%, respectively. No significant differences between the effective rates of the two groups was found （P〉0.05）. In the study group, depression symptoms improvement occurred significantly at the end of the second week. The characteristics of the adverse reactions of the two groups were different. There were more sleepy lethargy, weight gain in the study group, and more insomnia, dry mouth, sexual dysfunction in the control group. There were significant or very significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment of bipolar depressive episode affective disorder showed rapid, better efficacy and smaller side effects.
