细节优化护理模式对抑郁症患者社会功能及自我效能感的影响

目的研究分析细节优化护理模式对抑郁症患者社会功能及自我效能感的影响。方法选取2011年7月至2013年1月于本院进行治疗的76例抑郁症患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规抑郁症护理模式组）和观察组（细节优化护理模式组）各38例，然后将两组患者护理前、护理后1个月与2个月的社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS量表）和一般自我效能感量表（GSES量表）评估结果进行比较。结果观察组护理后1个月与2个月时的SDSS量表和GSES量表评估结果均显著好于护理前评估结果，且显著好于对照组护理后的评估结果，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论细节优化护理模式对抑郁症患者社会功能及自我效能感的影响均更为积极，有助于患者综合状态的改善。

Influence of detail--optimized nursing on the social function and serf-efficacy of patients with depression.

Objective To study and analyze the influence of detail-optimized nursing on the social function and self-efficacy of patients with depression. Methods Seventy-six patients with depression in our hospital from July 2011 to January 2013 were selected as research object, which were randomly divided into the control group （routine depression nursing mode group, 38 cases） and the observation group （detail-optimized nursing group, 38 cases）. Then the evaluation results of Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS score） and General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale （GSES score） of two groups before nursing, one month and two months after nursing were compared. Results The evaluation results of SDSS score and GSES score of the observation group one month and two months after nursing were all significantly better than those before nursing, and the evaluation results were significantly better than those of control group after nursing, all P〈0.05. Conclusion The influence of detail-optimized nursing on the social function and self-efficacy of patients with depression is more active, and it is more helpful for the improvement of comprehensive state.
