血管内皮生长因子研究进展及其与胰腺癌的相关研究

在胰腺癌的生长和转移中新生血管形成（Angiogenesis）是其从小结节进展成为具有侵袭能力重要的一步。血管内皮生长因子是肿瘤血管新生过程中最重要的驱动因子，血管新生的主要调节者。随着VEGF途径作用机制研究的日益深入，VEGF与胰腺癌的关系也受到越来越多的关注。本文从ⅦGF的结构和功能、调控因素及相关调控机制，VEGF在胰腺癌中表达的临床意义，以及抗VEGF治疗在胰腺癌中的相关研究进展方面，对VEGF在胰腺癌中的研究现状做一介绍。

Research progress of vascular endothelial growth factor in pancreatic carcinoma.

In the growth and metastasis process of pancreatic carcinoma, anglogenesls Is a vital step wmcn mares the tumor have the ability of metastasis from a small nodule. Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） is viewed as a cru- cial driving factor and the major regulator in the process of angiogenesis. With the deepening research of the mechanism of VEGF pathway, studies on VEGF and pancreatic cancer have become a focusing topic. Therefore, the relationship between VEGF and pancreatic carcinoma is reviewed in this article. Then, we summarized the recent findings from the following as- pects： the characteristics of VEGF （including the structure and function, modulating factors and regulation mechanism）, the clinical significance of VEGF and anti-VEGF therapy in pancreatic carcinoma.
