多普勒组织成像技术评价左室整体舒张功能的研究

①目的探讨多普勒组织成像技术（DTI）评价左室整体舒张功能的价值。②方法将67例左室整体舒张功能减退病人分为3组。应用DTI测定其二尖瓣环舒张早、晚期峰值运动速度。同时应用脉冲多普勒技术测定其二尖瓣口和肺静脉血流频谱，并与36例健康志愿者（对照组）比较。③结果对照组、左室心肌松弛性减退组、左室充盈假性正常化组和限制性充盈组之间的舒张早期二尖瓣环峰值运动速度有显著性差异（F=11．67，P〈0．01）。④结论DTI测定舒张早期二尖瓣环峰值运动速度能准确诊断左室舒张功能减退程度。

EVALUATION OF THE GLOBAL LEFT VENTRICULAR DIASTOLIC FUNCTION BY DOPPLER TISSUE IMAGING

Objective To evaluate the Doppler tissue imaging(DTI) in determining the global left ventricular diastolic function. Methods Sixty-seven patients with global left ventricular diastolic dysfunction were divided into three groups. The peak diastolic velocities of the mitral annulus were measured by DTI and patterns of the trans-mitral flow and pulmonary venous flow were detected by pulsed Doppler. Thirty-six healthy volunteers were assigned as the control group. Results The early peak diastolic velocities of the mitral annulus were significantly different (F=11.67,P<0.01). Conclusion The early peak diastolic velocity of the mitral annulus measured by DTI can precisely diagnose the global left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.
