关于加强药检系统能力建设的思考

目的按照科学发展观的要求,为提高药检机构的技术支撑能力、加强药检系统能力建设提供参考。方法结合药检系统的发展情况,针对药检系统规模编制、队伍建设、仪器装备、经费等热点问题展开分析。结果与结论政府机构改革为药检系统的能力建设提供了新的发展机遇,科学确定药检单位的性质、规模、岗位设置,对今后药检所的发展起到了决定性的作用。

Thinking On the Strengthening of Capacity-building of Drug Control System

Objective In accordance with the requirements of the scientific outlook on development, an useful reference was provided for improving the drug control laboratory＇s capacity of technical support and strengthening the capacity building of drug control system. Methods Combining the development of drug control system, the article analyzed the hot spot issues on the size and outlay of drug control system. Results and Conclusions Reform of government organization for capacity-building test system has provided new opportunities of development, it has played a decisive role on the future development of drug control to determine scientifically the nature, scale and positions.
