室间隔缺损合并主动脉瓣关闭不全的外科治疗

报告8例室间隔缺损合并主动脉瓣关闭不全的临床特点及治疗方法。发病率占同期室间隔缺损修补术的5.3％，其中1例行单纯室间隔缺损修补；1例行空间隔缺损修补及主动瓣成形矫治术；6例行室间隔缺损修补加主动脉瓣置换术。术后早期死亡1例，其余病例手术效果满意。我们对发病机制，不同类型的主动脉瓣病变采用不同的手术方法进行了分析和讨论。

Surgical Treatment of Ventricular Septal Defect with Aortic Insufficiency

The clinical characteristics and method of treatment of 8 cases of ventricular septal defect (VSD) with aortic valve insufficiency have been reported. This group of patients consisted of 5. 3% of the total number of surgically treated VSD in the same period of time. The patients were treated by the following operations: 1 patient by simple closure of VSD, 1 by repair of VSD plus aortic valvuloplasty and 6 patients by repair of VSD plus replacement of aortic valve,respectively. There was one early postoperative death. All others got satisfactory surgical effect. The pathogenesis and different surgical methods according to different types of aortic valve disease were discussed.
