5-脂氧合酶及诱导型一氧化氮合酶在星形细胞瘤中的表达及其相关性研究

目的:研究5-脂氧合酶(5-LOX)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在星形细胞瘤中的表达特点及相关性。方法:60例星形细胞瘤,免疫组织化学法检测5-LOX和iNOS的表达,逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测二者的mRNA水平,14例非肿瘤脑组织作为对照组。结果:对照组5-LOX和iNOS不表达或低表达,星形细胞瘤高度恶性组5-LOX和iNOS的阳性表达率及mRNA含量均高于低度恶性组(P<0.01),二者呈正相关(γ=0.525,γ=0.431,P<0.01)。结论:5-LOX和iNOS的表达与星形细胞瘤恶性程度有关,二者在星形细胞瘤发生发展过程中有协同作用。

Expression of 5-lipoxygenase and Iducible Nitric Oxide Synthase in Astrocytoma and Their Relationship

Objective To study the expression of 5-1ipoxygenase（5-LOX）and idueible nitric oxide synthase（iNOS） in astroeytoma and their relationship. Methods The expression of 5-LOX and iNOS were detected by immunohistochemistry in 60 eases of astroeytoma tissues, the mRNA level of 5-LOX and iNOS were detected with RT-polymerase chain reaction （ RTPCR） ,and another 14 cases of normal tissues were selected as controls. Results The expressions of 5-LOX and iNOS in normal controls were negative or low level. The positive rates of 5-LOX and iNOS expression were significantly higher in highly malignant group than that of lower malignant group（P 〈0.01 ） ,and the expressions of 5-LOX and iNOS were positively correlated with the malignant degree（ γ= 0. 525,γ = 0. 431, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The expressions of 5-LOX and iNOS may be related to the malignant degree of astrocytoma, and they may coordinate with each other in the progression of astrocytoma.
