五杞消脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病30例临床观察

目的观察五杞消脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法将60例非酒精性脂肪性肝病随机分为2组,均采用调整饮食结构、适当增加运动、培养健康的生活方式的基础治疗,对照组30例予甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊(天晴甘平)2粒,每日3次口服。治疗组30例予五杞消脂汤,每日1剂,水煎分早晚2次服,2组均治疗8周并观察2周。2组均10周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效,并检测治疗前后天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率36.6%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组治疗后AST、ALT、TC及TG比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论五杞消脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效确切。

Observation of Wuqi Xiaozhi decoction in the treatment of 30 cases of non - alcoholic fatty liver

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaozhi decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 60 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （n=30） were treated by initial treatment, including adjustment of structure of meat and drink, increase of physical exercise, culturing a health lifestyle, Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate and enteric-coated capsule for oral use. Patients in treatment group were treated by Wuqi Xiaozhi decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The course was ten weeks in two groups. The curative effect, change of AST and ALT were recorded. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （93.3%） was higher than that in control group （36.6%,P〈0.05）. AST and ALT in treatment group was decreased than that in control group after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Wuqi Xiaozhi decoction has definite effect in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
