晕康胶囊的活血化瘀作用

摘    要:目的:观察晕康胶囊对大鼠、小鼠的活血化瘀作用.方法:取大鼠随机分组并灌胃给药大、中、小剂量10天后,对大鼠进行血液流变学检测,体外血栓的测定.取小鼠随机分为晕康胶囊大、中、小剂量组、阳性对照组和正常对照组,分别灌胃给药10天后,分别观察正常及微循环障碍时小鼠软脑膜微循环.结果:晕康胶囊有良好的改善血液流变学作用,能明显降低血浆粘度、全血粘度,降低血沉及红细胞压积;血栓湿重较空白对照组明显降低.晕康胶囊各剂量组均可改善由去甲肾上腺素所致的小鼠软脑膜局部微循环障碍,使微动脉扩张,血流增快,每视野交织网点数增多,对血流流态也有一定的改善作用,使血色变红.结论:晕康胶囊具有改善大鼠血液流变学特性,抑制血栓形成,改善小鼠软脑膜微循环的作用.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Yunkang Capsule(YKC) on rat hemorrheology and thrombosis and on mice cerebral pial microcirculation.Methods:The drug was fed to experimental animals with 3 different doses for 10-days,respectively.The effects on rat hemorrheology and thrombosis were observed.The drug effect on mice cerebral pial microcirculation was observed under normal state and in microcirculation disturbance state established by dripping noradrenaline on the cerebral pial.Results: YKC improved hemorrheology and thrombosis obviously and dose dependently.The drug dilated peripheral arteriole of cerebral pial microcirculation and increased the capillary network number and accelerated the rate of blood flow of microcirculation.Besides,the blood color is redder.Conclusion: Therefor circulation-invigorating and stasis-eliminating effect has abvious improves rat hemorrheology and inhibits thrombosis,and can improve mice cerebral pial microcirculation.
