膀胱肿瘤端粒酶活性及其与预后关系的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨端粒酶活性与膀胱癌组织的临床生物学行为及与预后的关系。方法 :应用银染端粒序列重复扩增 (TRAP)法检测 4 4例膀胱移行细胞癌端粒酶的活性。结果 :4 4例膀胱癌组织中端粒酶表达阳性 39例 (88 5 % )。端粒酶活性阳性表达率与病人的年龄、性别、肿瘤数目、大小、是否有蒂无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ;也与肿瘤的分期、分级无关 (P >0 0 5 )。随访资料表明端粒酶活性与肿瘤病人是否复发无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :端粒酶是膀胱癌理想的肿瘤标记物。膀胱癌端粒酶活性与肿瘤的分级、分期及预后无关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and clinicobiological action and prognosis of bladder cancer. Method: The telomerase activity was detected in 44 cases of bladder cancer by PCR-based telomerase repeated amplification protocol with silver stain assay (TRAP). Result: The positive expression of telomerase was 88.5%(39/44).Telomerase activity was neither related with the patient's age,sex and the number,Sizeand pedicle of tumor ( P >0.05),nor related with the grade,stage of tumor ( P >0.05).The follow-up data Showed that tolomerase activity was not related with the recurrence of tumor( P>0.05). Conclusions: Telomerase activity is an ideal marker for bladder cancer.Telomerase activity is not related with grade,stage and prognosis of bladder cancer.
