| 摘 要： | 目的探讨降钙素原及C-反应蛋白（CRP）在外科感染性疾病早期诊断中的应用。方法分析2007年至2008年本院外科收治的患者72例，按感染程度分为无感染组（25例）、重症感染组（16例），局部感染组（31例）。检测入院时血清降钙素原（PCT）和CRP，用SPSS13．0进行数据分析。结果在全身感染时，血清PCT和CRP浓度升高，两者比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但PCT显著性更高。PCT≥2μg／L作为全身感染的诊断依据，其敏感度和特异度均优于CRP。结论与CRP相比，PCT是一个较好的外科全身细菌感染的诊断指标，能有效地发现早期重症感染，以指导临床早期用药。
