| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨利福平脂质体在治疗小鼠结核病中的效果.方法昆明小鼠60只,感染结核分枝杆菌标准株H37Rv制备结核模型.利福平用薄膜分散法制备脂质体.小鼠随机分为4组,利福乎组[10mg/(kg/d)]和利福平脂质体组[7mg/(kg/d)],口服绐药治疗1个月时,牺牲小鼠,观察肺的重量变化,取肺,脾,肝组织进行研磨制匀浆并进行菌落计数.结果利福平组和利福平脂质体组各自分别与正常对照组,空白脂质体组比较发现肺的重量具有显著改变(P<0.01),而两组药物组之间无显著差异(P>0.05).在肺、脾和肝组织的载菌量(cfu)比较时也显示出同样的情况.结论脂质体制剂可以减少利福平的剂量以减轻不良反应,在结核病的治疗中可能有很好的前景.
