| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声检查肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征(SMAS)的诊断价值。方法分析18例SMAS患者和12例正常人的声像图特征,并与X线钡餐造影结果予以对照。结果18例病例组及12例对照组均获得检查成功。病例组肠系膜上动脉与腹主动脉之间的夹角均明显变小,十二指肠有明显扩张。对照组均正常。结论超声检查对SMAS的诊断有重要价值,可作为SMAS的首选影像学方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate of ultrasonography in diagnosis of SMAS.Methods:The features of ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imagine(CDFI) in 18 patients of SMAS and 12 normal subjects were compared with X-ray and diameters of Duodenum.Results:Eighteen patients of SMAS and 12 normal subjects were successfully displayed.The angles between the Superior Mesenteric Artery(SMA) and Abdominal Aorta(AA) of 18 patients were obvious reduced,and the diameters of Duodenum were obvious widen.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is an excellent method for diagnosis of SMAS.It can provide impotant accordance for surgical planning. |
