| 摘 要： | 目的：了解性传播疾病（STD）误诊原因，提高首诊正确率，方法：对5种常见STD近年来误诊病例情况统计，分析易引起误诊的原因。结果：各病种均有不同程度误诊，以发病率较低的生殖器疱疹误诊率较高，首医疗单位以个体诊所处误诊率较高。结论：病人偏倚的从医行为和门诊医生STD专业知识欠缺是引起误诊的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the misdiagnostic causes of sexual transmitted diseases(STD),and to increase the correct diagnostic rate of first visit.Methods To study five common STDs in recent years and analyze the factors apt to resulting in misdiagnosis.Results There were various rates of misdiagnosis in five kinds of common STDs.The highest in GH,particularly in private clinics.Conclusion The behaviors of patients to see a doctor and insufficient knowledge of doctors in STDs are main causes of misdiagnosis. |
