骨髓间充质干细胞移植对慢阻肺大鼠肺气肿程度的影响

摘    要:目的探讨骨髓间充质干细胞移植对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)大鼠肺气肿程度的影响。方法培养大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞,制作慢阻肺大鼠40只,将大鼠随机分为干细胞移植组和对照组。主要观察指标为治疗前后两组大鼠肺气肿程度。结果与对照组比较,干细胞移植组大鼠治疗后二氧化碳分压显著降低(38.8±5.65 vs 45.6±6.78mm Hg,P=0.017);氧分压显著增高(80.67±9.31 vs 68.85±8.42mm Hg,P0.001);内衬间隔显著降低(55.90±12.45 vs 83.20±11.32μm/个,P0.001);平均肺泡数显著增多(350.21±54.21 vs 198.32±23.45,P0.001)。干细胞移植组大鼠前后对比显示治疗后二氧化碳分压显著降低(38.8±5.65 vs 44.9±6.35mm Hg,P=0.021);氧分压显著增高(80.67±9.31 vs 70.11±6.47mm Hg,P=0.005)。结论骨髓间充质干细胞可改善慢阻肺大鼠通气状况和肺气肿程度。

Influence of marrow Mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on degree of pulmonary emphysema in rat with COPD
Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on de-gree of pulmonary emphysema in rat with COPD. Methods The marrow mesenchymal stem cells of rat were cultured, and then rat with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases was made. All the rats were randomly divided into the stem cell transplantation group and the control group. The primary outcome was the degree of pulmonary emphysema. Re-sults While compared with the control group, the stem cell transplantation group got a significantly lower level of par-tial pressure of carbon dioxide after treatment (38. 8 ± 5. 65 vs 45. 6 ± 6. 78mmHg, P=0. 017); a significantly higher level of partial pressure of oxygen (80. 67 ± 9. 31 vs 68. 85 ± 8. 42mmHg, P<0. 001);a significantly decrease in inner lining (55. 90 ± 12. 45 vs 83. 20 ± 11. 32, P<0. 001), and a significantly increase in mean alveolar number (350. 21 ± 54. 21 vs 198. 32 ± 23. 45, P<0. 001). After treatment, the stem cell transplantation group got a significantly lower level of partial pressure of carbon dioxide (38. 8 ± 5. 65 vs 44. 9 ± 6. 35mmHg, P=0. 021) and a significantly higher level of partial pressure of oxygen (80. 67 ± 9. 31 vs 70. 11 ± 6. 47mmHg, P=0. 005). Conclusion Marrow mesenchy-mal stem cells transplantation can improve the degree of pulmonary emphysema in rat with COPD.
