肠内营养支持治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者的应用

目的探讨肠内营养支持对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗的影响。方法选取2014-2015年我院收治的慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者70例,随机平均分为两组,分别选择常规治疗以及联合肠内营养支持治疗。结果治疗1个月后研究组患者血清血红蛋白(Hb)、总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)均相比对照组以及治疗前明显提高(P0.05),血浆PH值、PaO_2、PaCO_2、SF-36评分、6min步行距离指标明显改善(P0.05),无创通气时间、ICU住院之间相比对照组明显缩短(P0.05),有创通气比例明显降低(P0.05)。结论合理的营养支持方式对慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者十分重要,肠内营养支持能够有效改善患者营养状况,促进呼吸功能恢复。

Application value of enteral nutrition in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with respiratory failure

Objective To observe the effect of enteral nutrition in the treatment of chronic obstructive pul-monary disease patients with respiratory failure. Methods 70 COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure from 2014 to 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given regular treatment, and the study group was additionally given joint enteral nutrition support treatment. Results After 1-month treatment, their hemoglobin ( Hb) , total protein ( TP) and albumin ( ALB) increased more obviously in the study group than in the control group (P<0. 05). Plasma PH value, PaO2, PaCO2, SF-36 scores, 6min walking distance improved signifi-cantly in the study group (P<0. 05), and non-invasive ventilation time and ICU stay were obviously shorter in the study group than in the control group (P<0. 05), and the invasive ventilation rate decreased more significantly in the study group than in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The proper nutrition support is important for COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure, and enteral nutrition can effectively improve the nutritional status of pa-tients to promote respiratory function recovery.
