抗生素降阶梯疗法在重症肺炎患儿中的临床效果及安全性分析

目的探讨和分析抗生素降阶梯疗法在重症肺炎患儿中的治疗效果和安全性。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月在我院接受治疗的小儿重症肺炎患者82例,按照随机数字表的方法,分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41),对两组患者均采取常规的治疗措施,观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上给予抗生素降阶梯疗法,对对照组的患儿则在常规治疗的基础上给予抗生素常规疗法。比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率、机械通气时间、感染控制时间、ICU住院时间和总住院时间,比较两组患儿的不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组患儿的机械通气时间、感染控制时间、ICU住院时间和总住院时间显著低于对照组患儿(P0.05),两组患儿的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对重症肺炎患儿采取抗生素降阶梯疗法效果显著,能够缩短患儿的恢复时间,并且安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Curative effect and safety of antibiotics drop ladder treatment for children with sever pneumonia

Objective To explore and analysis the therapeutic effect and safety of antibiotics drop ladder treatment for children with sever pneumonia. Methods 82 children with sever pneumonia from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n=41) and the control group (n=41). All patients were treated with conventional measures, while the observation group was additionally given anti-biotics drop ladder therapy. The total effective rate, mechanical ventilation time and infection control time, ICU dura-tion of hospital stay and total duration of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The total ef-fective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0. 05). Mechanical ventilation time, infection control, ICU duration of hospital stay and the total duration of hospital stay were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions had no statistical signifi-cance between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion The therapy effect of antibiotics drop ladder treatment for children with serve pneumonia is remarkable, which can shorten the patient's recovery time, and is safe and reliable.
