超短波联合抗生素治疗成人社区获得性肺部感染的疗效分析

目的探讨超短波联合抗生素治疗成人社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 48例成人社区获得性肺炎患者分对照组(药物治疗)24例和治疗组(药物治疗联合超短波治疗)24例。对两组治疗前、治疗后1周及治疗后2周的临床症状及体征的改善,治愈率,血常规、ESR、CRP等感染指标的结果进行比较分析。结果治疗后1周及2周后治疗组的临床症状及体征改善明显优于对照组,治疗组2周后有效治愈率明显高于对照组,治疗组血常规、ESR、h-CRP感染指标在治疗后1周较对照组改善明显。结论超短波联合抗生素治疗成人社区获得性肺炎可减轻症状,缩短病程,减少治疗费用,治疗效果佳。

Efficacy analysis of combined therapy with ultrashort wave and antibiotics for adult community acquired pneumonia

Objective To analyze the efficacy and mechanism of combined therapy of ultrashort wave and antibiotics for adult community acquired pneumonia. Methods 48 patients with adult community acquired pneumo-nia were divided into two groups. The control group was given antibiotics only, and the treatment group was given an-tibiotics and ultrashort wave together. The clinical symptoms and laboratory test Results before and after treatment were compared. Results 1 and 2 weeks after treatment, the clinical symptoms and body signs improved more obvi-ously in the treatment group than in the control group. The curative rate was obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group 2 weeks after treatment. The improvement of blood routine examination, ESR and h-CRP was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group 1 week after treatment. Conclusion The com-bined therapy of ultrashort wave and antibiotics can shorten the disease course and reduce the treatment cost in treat-ment of adult community acquired pneumonia.
