联合检测胱抑素C和免疫球蛋白在系统性红斑狼疮中的诊断价值及应用

目的研究胱抑素C(CysC)和免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)联合检测在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)诊断中的作用与价值。方法把86例SLE患者纳入SLE组,另外选取同期健康体检60例为对照组,分别检测CysC、免疫球蛋白水平,将两组的临床数据进行统计,并进行统计学分析。结果 SLE组与对照组比较,CysC与免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG水平均升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在SLE组中,联合检测的诊断准确性及敏感性较单独检测有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论联合检测CysC和免疫球蛋白,其结果对SLE疾病的诊断较单独检测具有明显优势,适于临床中推广和使用。

Detection of systemic lupus erythematosus with cystatin C and immunoglobulins

Objective To evaluate the value of combining cystatin C(CysC) and immunoglobulins(IgA,IgM and IgG) for identification of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods 86 patients with SLE were enrolled in the SLE group,60 healthy subjects with physical examination were chosen in control group.The CysC and immunoglobulins levels in both groups were measured.The records of statistical analysis was performed.Results The elevated levels of CysC and IgA,IgM and IgG were obtained in SLE group,compared to control group,there were statistical differences(P<0.05).In SLE group,The accuracy and sensitivity of combining CysC and IgA,IgM and IgG is superior to CysC or IgA,IgM and IgG alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining CysC and IgA,IgM and IgG for detection SLE is superior to CysC or IgA,IgM and IgG alone,it can be recommended and used clinically.
