| 摘 要： | 目的：观察全肠外营养支持在普外危重患者治疗中的作用。方法：４５例普外危重患者分危重Ａ、危重Ｂ、对照组。危重Ａ及对照组常规治疗，危重Ｂ组除常规治疗外加全肠外营养支持等，观察其治疗前后总淋巴细胞、Ｔ细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白ＩｇＧ、Ｍ、Ａ及ＩＬ－６、ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ的变化情况。结果：危重Ｂ组的各项免疫指标均显著高于危重Ａ组。结论：全肠外营养支持有助于降低普外危重病人术后并发症的发生，提高其免疫功能，加速伤口愈合。

| Abstract: | Objection:Observe the effect of total abenteric nutrition support treatment in the course of general surgical emergency patient treatment.Methods:45 general surgical emergency patients are divided into A emergency patients group,B emergency patients group and control group.A emergency patients group adopt outine treatment.B emergency patients group adopt routine treatment and total abenteric nutrition support treatment.Observe:the change condition of total lymphocyte,T cell population,immunoglobulin G,IgG,immunoglobuline M,IgM,immunoglobulin A,IgA,IL-6,SIL-2R and immunological index in preatreatment and pasttreatment.Result:various immunological index of B emergency patients group remarkable higher than A emergency patients group.Conclusion:Total abenteric nutrition support treatment contribute to prevent occuring postoperative complication of emergency patients,improve immunologic function,accelerate healing of wound. |
