| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及处理方法。方法：分析53例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗效果。结果：53例术后早期炎性肠梗阻均发生在术后1周左右，保守治疗47例，梗阻缓解时间3d一42d，平均12．7d；手术治疗6例。结论：术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后5d一7d，可表现为典型的肠梗阻体征，多由小肠无菌性炎症致广泛肠粘连引起，多数病例采用保守疗法可治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate clinical features and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus(EPII).Methods: 53 patients with EPII were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Intestinal obstruction occurred within the first week after operation in all the 53 cases,47 patients received conservative treatment and achieved remission 3 to 42 days (mean 12.7 days) ,6 had surgery.Conclusion: EPII mostly occurs in about 5 to 7 days after operation,presenting as typical ileus sign.Most cases were caused by extensive adhesion resulted from aseptic inflammations.Conservative treatment should be the first choice for most EPII patients. |
