| 摘 要： | 目的比较阿立哌唑片与利培酮片对首发女性精神分裂症生活质量的影响。方法将首发女性精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌哇组和利培酮组，分别用阿立哌唑片和利培酮片治疗24周，采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANss）评定疗效，用副反应量表（TESS）评定副反应，用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评定患者的生活质量。结果治疗24周末，阿立哌唑组的有效率与利培酮组相近，TESS评分与利培酮组相近，泌乳、闭经和体的增加发生率较少，GQOLI-74评分与利培酮组相当。结论阿立哌唑片对首发女性精神分裂症患者的生活质量影响与利培酮相当，能较好地改善患者的生活质量。
