This paper summarized the ICU patients’s specific performance,evaluation tools and body damage under adverse psychological reaction,which referred to Maslow’s hierarchy theory for basic needs and lots of literature ,made a statement to the cause of adverse psychological stress and foresight of nursing under the ICU environment.Aimed to provide the referrence with avoiding and reducing clinical adverse psychological stress on the damage of organism.
