| 摘 要： | 目的总结介入技术联合手术治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成（deep venous thrombosis，DVT）的初步经验。方法对65例左下肢DVT患者采取腔静脉滤器植入、股静脉切开取栓、髂静脉球囊扩张内置支架以及暂时性动静脉瘘等方法治疗。结果术中发现左髂静脉均有不同程度狭窄或闭塞，随访1—48个月，肢体肿胀完全消退52例（80．00％），肢体肿胀消退2／3以上7例（10．76％），肢体肿胀消退1／3以上4例（6．15％），肢体肿胀略有减轻3例（4．62％），无围手术期死亡。结论介入治疗联合手术取栓治疗Cockett综合征并发DVT疗效确切、安全、复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the preliminary experience of intervention and obliterans operation on Cockett Syndrome with deep venous thrombosis.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients undergoing the vena cava filter implanting,thrombectomy,the iliac vein venoplasty,the stenting and temporary arteriovenous fistula were analyzed retrospectively.Results Stricture and obstruction were found in left iliac vein variously.Following up these cases from 1 to 46 months,52 cases were found limb swelling alleviated fully... |
