S100A2和p63蛋白在食管癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的观察S100A2和p63蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集40例手术切除的食管鳞状细胞癌标本,同时取40例手术切缘食管正常黏膜组织,应用免疫组化S-P法检测S100A2蛋白、p63蛋白的表达。结果S100A2蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达率(72.5%)明显低于正常食管黏膜(100.0%)(P〈0.001),其表达与癌组织分化程度及有无淋巴结转移显著相关(P〈0.01);p63蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达率(52.5%)及强阳性表达率(37.5%)均明显高于正常食管黏膜(25.0%、0%)(P〈0.05、P〈0.001),其表达与各临床病理因素均无关(P〉0.05);食管鳞状细胞癌组织中S100A2蛋白和p63蛋白的表达呈明显负相关(r=-0.474,P〈0.01)。结论S100A2蛋白和p63蛋白在食管癌的发生、发展中均具有重要作用,同时两者具有协同作用,联合检测其表达情况,较单一检测更有意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of S100A2 and p63 protein in esophageal squamous cell cancer. Methods S100A2 protein and p63 protein were detected in 40 esophageal carcinoma and 40 normal esophageal mucosa with immunohistochemical staining (S-P method). Results The positive rate of S100A2 protein in esophageal carcinoma (72.5 %) was lower than that in normal mucosa (100. 0% )(P〈 0. 001). The expression of S100A2 protein in esophageal carcinoma was correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.01). The positive rate (52.5 % ) and the strong positive rate (37.5 % ) of p63 protein in esophageal carcinoma were higher than those in normal mucosa (25. 0%, 0%) (P 〈 0. 05, P〈 0. 001). The expression of p63 protein was not correlated with clinical pathological features (P〈0. 05). A negative correlation was found between the expression of S100A2 protein and p63 protein(r= -0. 474, P 〈0. 01). Conclusions S100A2 protein and p63 protein both play important roles in the carcinogenesis of esophageal carcinoma. And they play important roles together. Investigating the expressions of them combinedly is more significant than investigating the expression of only one of them.
