三种不同材料修复楔状缺损的远期疗效观察

目的 比较探讨修复楔状缺损较好的材料。方法 在同一个体选择条件基本相同的楔状缺损患牙分别采用日本松风公司生产的FX玻璃离子、光固化复合树脂，国产玻璃离子充填修复，共300颗，随访观察0．5－3a。结果 FX玻璃离子组的成功率明显高于国产玻璃离子组（P＜0．05），而与光固化复合树脂组接近。结论 FX玻璃离子是修复楔状缺损一种较好的材料，其疗效优于国产玻璃离子。

The long-term effects of the three different type material on restoring wedge shaped defect

Objective To explort the better mate rial for restoring wedge shaped defect. Methods Application of light cured compsite resin, ch inese glass ino mer and FX glass inomer to restore 300 wedge shaped defect of the teeth in the s ame body and same conditions. They were followed up for 0.5 to 3 years. Results The successful rate of FX glass inomer were significantly tal ler than that of Chinese glass inomer group(P<0.05), an d similar to light cure compsite resin group. Conclusions FX g lass inomer is superior to Chinese glass inomer in restor ing wedge shaped defect and it is considered to be a better material for restor ing wedge shaped defect.
