| Abstract: | Three cases of prominent-type advanced esophageal cancer were treated with chemoradiation therapy using a 5-FU analog and low dose CDDP. All cases showed a complete response after the treatment. Only mild bone marrow suppression was found in one case. This protocol will be applied for patients with prominent-type advanced esophageal cancers, especially high risk patients. |
