肺血栓栓塞的临床治疗

目的探讨肺血栓栓塞症的临床特征、诊断和治疗,以提高其诊断率和治愈率。方法对45例确诊为肺血栓栓塞症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果41例抗凝治疗患者中有1例患者因病情进行性加重而死亡,其余患者均症状缓解后出院。4例溶栓治疗者中死亡1例,其余3例3d内症状缓解。结论肺血栓栓塞症临床表现缺乏特异性,易误诊,早期诊断至关重要,及时抗凝和溶栓治疗可提高治愈率。

Clinical Treatment of Pulmonary Thromboembolism
