胃癌术前口服化疗和术中腹腔内温热灌洗化疗的临床疗效

目的　探讨胃癌术前口服 5—Fu乳剂加术中腹腔内温热灌洗化疗对胃癌术后腹膜转移和生存期的影响。方法　将胃癌患者随机分成A、B两组 ,各 3 2例。A组单纯手术 ,B组于术前口服 5—Fu乳剂并于术中进行腹腔内温热灌洗化疗。观察两组不良反应、并发症及 1、3年生存率。结果　A组 1年生存率 78.1% ,B组 81.3 % ,P <0 .0 1。A、B两组化疗毒性反应及并症无显著性差异。结论　胃癌术前口服化疗并术中腹腔内温热灌洗化疗 ,对于防治癌肿腹膜转移 ,提高生存率有一定意义

Clinical observation of preoperative intragastric and interoperationeal intraperitioneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy for gastric cancer

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative intragastric chemotherapy and intraperitoneal hyperihermic perfusion and intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the postoperative metastatic rate and survival rate.Methods Patients suffered from gastric cancer were randomized into two groups,each group included 32 patients:Group A, was treated only by operation, as the control group;Group B received preoperationally intragastric chemotherapy of Emulsio Fluorouracli Compositae and intraperitioneal hyperthermic perfusion .Side effects and survival rates in 1 year and 3 year were recorded.Results 1 year survival rate was78.1% in group A, 81.3% in group B,P>0.05. 3 year survival rate was 37.5%(A) and 53.1% (B),P<0.01. There was no significant difference in side effects between two groups.Conclusion combination of preoperationally intragastric chemotherapy of emulsio fluorouracli compositae and intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion and intraperitoneal chemotherapy may prevent peritoneal metastasis and improve the survival rate.
