| 摘 要： | 本文报道经手术治疗的96例胸壁结核。对手术治疗要点、影响手术一期愈合的因素及复发的病因进行了分析。认为彻底清除病灶、消灭残腔是手术成功的关健。本组一次治愈91例,复发5例,治愈率94％。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACF This paper reports surgical treatment of 96 cases of chest wall tuberculosis and discusses that the causes of postoperative recurence, the key points of operative procedure and factors to affect healing by first intenion. We consider it very important cleaning the TB focus throughly at an operation, elimiating any survival cavity by filling up with muscle flap and using aspiration of the operative wound.91 patients were cured throughly at the first operation and 5 were recurrence The curative rate was 94% to the original tubeculoid abscess. |
