中国高影响力医学科技论文的期刊分布

目的了解中国高影响力医学科技论文的期刊分布情况。方法利用《中国生物医学期刊引文数据库》(CM-CI)的数据,对1994-2004年来国内医学领域高影响力的科研论文的期刊分布进行统计分析。结果高影响力医学论文多刊登在国家最权威的核心期刊上,但并非所有高影响力论文都刊登在核心期刊上,有一些核心期刊没有一篇高影响力论文,而个别非核心期刊的高影响力论文多达数十篇。结论不能简单地以高影响力论文或核心期刊论文来评价论文和期刊的质量。

Periodical Distribution of Chinese Medical Literatures With High Impact

Objective To analyze the distribution of Chinese medical journals publishing high influence medical articles.Method The distribution of Chinese medical journals publishing high influence medical articles in 1994-2004 was analyzed by using the data of CMCI.Results The results showed that although most of the high influence medical articles were published in the authoritative core journals, not all high influence medical articles were published in these core journals.So far, a certain number of core journals have not even published any high influence medical articles, while several tens of high influence medical articles were published in a non-core journal.Conclusion Therefore, the value of medical articles and the quality of medical journals should not be judged simply by whether they are high influence medical articles or they are published in core journals.
