血清唾液酸含量检测及其临床意义

探求血清唾液酸（SA）含量变化在恶性肿瘤和不同非瘤性炎性疾病中的意义。采用F－8836比色法，测定各种恶性肿瘤患者422例，炎症疾病患者142例，其他疾病24例，正常人77例血清SA含量。结果：①恶性肿瘤组（4．54±1.21mmoL/L)患者血清SA明显增高，与正常对照组（2．94±0．35mmoL/L)比较有极显著性差异（P＜o．01）；②感染性炎症组（4．36±1.49mmoL/L)患者血清SA也有增高，与正常对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01），且炎症组中革兰氏阳性球菌组，革兰氏阴性杆菌组与病毒组比较SA均有明显增高（均P＜0．01）；③病毒感染组与正常对照组比较，以无明显变化（P＞0．05）；④肝内占位性病变患者血清SA比肝硬化伴腹水患者明显增高（P＜0．01）。提示：血清SA含量检测对恶性肿瘤的诊断和监测有一定实用价值。在不同感染性疾病中，SA含量也不同，在鉴别不同感染类型上可能有一定参考价值。

The Assaying of Content of Serum Static Acid and Its Clinical Significance

With the ~ion group,serum SA contents in G coccus and G-- bacillus gIDUPS were much higher than that in the virus grDUP (both P < 0.01);(3) there was no ~nce serum content Of SA beacon virus infechous g-cOUp and normal control (P > 0.05); (4)serum SA content in liver oceupancy leSion was higher than the ascites grouP (P < 0.01). It is sopsted that theaSSaying of serum SA PlayS a Pasehcal role in the diagnosis and surve~ of malignant ~, and that sennn contentOf SA valled with ~ infectiouS diseases, so the aSSaying of SA has ~ie USend in distinguishing different types Ofaction.
