摘    要:目的 研究壳聚糖对体外培养视网膜神经细胞生长的影响.方法 建立体外培养的SD乳鼠视网膜神经细胞.用MTT法检测0.065%、1.25%、2.5%、5%、10%、15%不同浓度壳聚糖对视网膜神经细胞生长的影响并设立空白对照组.结果 1.25%、2.5%、5%、10%壳聚糖对视网膜神经细胞生长有明显的促进作用,且10%浓度壳聚糖最适宜神经细胞生长.结论 壳聚糖有较好的促进视网膜神经细胞生长的作用,有必要对其进行更深入的研究.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of chitosan on the growth of the in vitro cultured retinal nerve cells.Methods The retinal nerve cells of SD baby rats were cultured in vitro.The effects of chitosan at 0.065%,1.25%,2.5%,5%,10%,15% on the growth of the retinal nerve cells were measured by MTT method.The blank control group was created.Results 1.25%,2.5%,5%,and 10% chitosan could obviously promote the growth of retinal nerve cells,and 10% chitosan was the optimal concentration for the growth of nerve cells.Concl...
