胰腺感染的诊断与治疗

目的 探讨胰腺感染的诊断与治疗。方法 复习相关文献，并作综述性报道。结果 胰腺感染的诊断凡要依据临床表现、血液学检查、影像学检查（包括Ｂ超，ＣＴ和放射学检查）和细针穿刺吸引。治疗方法包括手术治疗、抗生素应用、免疫调理和肠内营养。结论 Ｂ超或ＣＴ引导下行细针穿刺吸引是诊断胰腺感染的最可靠方法，胰腺感染一旦确诊，庆及时作手术创和引流，并合理选用能通过胰屏障的抗生素。

Diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic infection

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic infection(PI). Methods This summarization paper of PI was made on literature review. Results The diagnosis of PI was based on clinical symptom, blood test, imagy examination (including ultrasounography, CT and radiological exam) and fine needle aspiration. The therapy included operative treatment, antibiotic, immunoregulation and enteral nutrition. Conclusions Fine needle aspiration guided by ultrasound or CT is a much reliable method in the diagnosis of PI. Operative debridement and drainage must be done if the diagnosis of PI is made; and antibiotics which can get through the blood pancreas barrier should be used.
