纸片法与MIC法检测MRS的比较

摘    要:目的通过头孢西丁(FOX)纸片法与苯唑西林(OX)纸片法、肉汤稀释法(MIC)检测耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)方法比较,对FOX纸片法的可靠性和临床实用性进行评估。方法用FOX与OX纸片扩散法与MIC法检测本院临床送检标本中分离的葡萄球菌共120株。结果3种方法检测46株金黄色葡萄球菌的MRS结果均为30株,符合率为100%;检测凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌MRSMIC法的结果特异性为50%,OX纸片法特异性为62.5%。结论3种方法检测金黄色葡萄球菌的MRS结果相符合;检测凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌MRS的结果MIC法和OX纸片法特异性均低,建议用FOX纸片法代替或更正对MRS的检测结果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the reliability and clinical practicability of FOX disk diffusion method,OX disk diffusion method and Minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) for detection of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus and compare with each other.Methods 120 staphylococcus strains isolated from clinical samples were detected by using FOX disk diffusion method,OX disk diffusion method and MIC method to detect.Results These three methods were used to detect 46 Staphylococcus aureus strains,the result of each method for detecting MRS were 30 strains,the detection rates was 100%.Detecting methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococcus(MRCNS) for MRS,the specificity of OX disk diffusion method was 62.5% and MIC method was 50%.Conclusion The result of three methods to detect Staphylococcus aureus for MRS are coincidental.To detect MRCNS for MRS,it is lower in the specificity of OX disk diffusion method and MIC method.We suggest that FOX disk diffusion method to take place of or renew the result of MRS.
