| 摘 要： | 随机取12例结肠癌、8例结肠癌癌旁、6例正常结肠粘膜,用单克隆抗人P_(53)蛋白,标记上述组织。结果:结肠癌细胞核阳性7/12(50.8%),胞浆阳性3/12(25%),阴性2/12(16.6%),且核型染色较强,胞浆型染色较弱。癌旁伴有不典型增生2/4(50%)核阳性。癌旁不伴有不典型增生者及正常粘膜染色阴性。结肠腺癌分化程度与P_(53)蛋白表达有一定关系,分化愈差,P_(53)蛋白染色有增强趋势。伴有不典型增生的癌旁提示为癌前病变。

| Abstract: | The expression of P_(53) protein in twelve cases of colorectal carcinoma,eight cases of pericarcinomaand six cases of normal colorectal mucosa was studied immunohisto-chemically with a monoclonal anti-body. The results obtained from coloretal carcinoma showed that the pattern of P_(53) expression wasmainly detected in the nuclei of the carcinoma cells,The labelled results were 7 (50. 8%) cases of nu-clear P_(53) protein expression, 3 (25%) cases of cytoplasmic P_(53) protein expression, 2 (16. 6%) cases ofP_(53) protein unexpression;the expression of nuclear P_(53) protein was more intense than that of cytoplas-mic P_(53) protein. The differentiation of colorectal carcinoma was related to expression of P_(53) protein,themore poorly colorectal carcinoma differentiates, the more intense the P_(53) protein expression. In pericar-cinoma with atypical proliferation, 2 (50%) cases were of P_(53) protein expression. This indicated thatmucosa adjacent to cancer with atypical proliferation was a precancerous lesion. |
