| 摘 要： | 为促进学科快速发展，医院在通过搭建人才梯队及对学科进行分层次建设方面做了积极的探索和有益的尝试，并取得了一定的成绩。在实践中不断总结经验，为医院学科进一步发展打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | To promote the rapid development of disciplines, the hospital had made some active explorations and beneficial attempts through setting up the echelon of talented person and the construction of disciplines by different levels, and have achieved certain results. In the practice, the hospital constantly sum up experience, to lay a solid foundation for the further development of hospital disciplines. |
